Customer Requirements & Service Policies
To ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality detailing experience, we kindly ask that all customers review the following policies before their appointment.
Safe Work Area
Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location with adequate space for our team to work. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service if the work area presents a safety hazard or prevents us from performing the service properly.
Personal Belongings
Please remove all valuable personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. If you believe an item is missing, please notify our team immediately, and we will make every reasonable effort to assist within legal and reasonable limits.
Restricted Areas & Personal Property
To protect your privacy and personal property, we ask that all personal belongings be removed from any areas you would like serviced. If personal items remain in enclosed or storage areas—including the glove compartment, center console, trunk, door pockets, seat-back pockets, or other compartments—we reserve the right not to open, move, or clean those areas. Any area that cannot be safely or reasonably accessed due to personal belongings may be excluded from the service.
Firearms & Weapons
For the safety of our team and our customers, we kindly ask that all firearms, ammunition, and other weapons be removed from the vehicle before your appointment. If a firearm or other weapon is discovered during service, we reserve the right to pause or refuse service until it has been safely removed.
Vehicle Access
Please ensure all doors, the trunk, and any compartments included in your requested service are accessible. If keys are required, they must be provided before service begins.
Fuel Level
If your vehicle needs to be moved during the service, please maintain sufficient fuel, to avoid delays. Customers may also choose to move the vehicle themselves when requested.
Environmental Compliance
We are committed to protecting the environment and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. When performing services where wastewater could enter a storm drain or other waterway, we use a wash mat and wastewater containment system to collect and properly dispose of wash water. Our detailing practices are designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining the highest quality of service.
Weather & Site Conditions
For the safety of our team and to ensure the best possible results, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
